Toyota was looking for an activation partner to strategically plan, mobilize, and staff their branded events across the Midwest region. With a wide variety of locations and event types, activations needed to come together seamlessly and focus on new product launches, live feature and benefit demonstrations, and new sales opportunities.

The team provided staffing, training, and asset management with the ability to be “on the road” at the next event, at a moment’s notice. The team was able to activate both large and small-scale events across the Midwest, including NFL, MLB, and MLS games. Branded activations featured iconic Toyota vehicles and provided a true destination for fans and attendees to gather, connect, and learn about the Toyota brand.  With plenty of opportunities for photo ops and swag, these mobile activations were a clear win with consumers.

RESULTS

With nearly 40 activations in seven different markets last year alone, the team was able to seamlessly and efficiently coordinate, mobilize, and staff a variety of events without a hitch. With over 18k branded items distributed and more than 4k leads collected, the partnership continues to be a success.
