The team behind Ghost Baby is bringing their next vision to life in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. This fall, Prim—a new entertainment-led venue imagined and designed by AGAR—will open inside The Foundry, a $74 million redevelopment of the former Macy’s building at Fountain Square that has become a hub for dining, culture, and connection.

Prim will introduce a layered nightlife experience built around music, cocktails, and modern merriment. From vinyl sets and live performances to aperitifs in the parlor and celebrations in the salon, the venue reimagines living room entertainment as something intimate, intentional, and made to linger.
