POSITION DESCRIPTION/

The Experiential Events Intern will primarily be responsible for assisting the production, marketing and creative departments in the development, coordination, and execution of numerous marketing campaigns and experiences for various community events and clientele accounts.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES/

These duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate with production team to develop experience and consumer strategies for brand activations, mobile tours, tradeshows, digital events, influencer events and social events that exceed client expectations.
  • Initiates, manages, and executes various tasks assigned by the production team, including but not limited to obtaining and negotiating vendor bids, item sourcing, attending site visits, generating floor plans, aiding with shipping and receiving and warehouse inventory management.
  • Create and execute influencer, digital, print, media and experiential marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Assist with department management needs by tracking project timelines in PM software and providing weekly status updates.
  • Effectively develop, manage, and monitor timelines, tasks, deliverables, budgets, and resources for assigned projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative and Client Services/Communications departments to ensure design, video and marketing deliverables are on track.
  • Support the Production Coordinator with managing the Brand Ambassador program by recruiting, screening, onboarding, scheduling and retaining staff.
  • Preparing, setting up, & executing client activations and events.
  • Assist with managing AGAR internal marketing, PR and events.
  • Represent AGAR’s vision, mission guiding principals and core values.
  • Embody AGAR’s quick and nimble way of executing work and knowing when there is a sense of urgency to meet client and project needs.
  • Stay current with culture and industry trends and changing business processes.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly brainstorm sessions, internal meetings, processes and company-owned events
  • Assist with operations and events at our venue Sample Space.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS/

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Pass a background check
