- Managing team of creative professionals including graphic and environmental designers, and interaction with respective vendors.
- Generate client-ready presentations, elevations/renderings of experiential activations and concepts including branding and graphic system elements (from high level concepts through design development and final artwork details). Participate in presentations.
- Assisting in creative strategy development to ensure brand essence and core message communication.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by overseeing and coordinating communication as well as managing client expectations regarding scope and client contribution.
- Partnering with product and technology teams/vendors to determine requirements to further enhance the strategy and experience.
- Integrating well-selected and configured technology into experiential events and campaigns.
- Developing organizational strategies with adjacent teams to maintain timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leading creative team brainstorm sessions. Stay effectively current with culture trends and changing business processes.
- Maintaining project budgets to ensure company profitability and time management of team in partnership with account team. Identifying efficiencies to maximize profitability.
- Prioritizing creative workflow to maximize efficiency and meet required deadlines.
- Coaching and mentoring creative team members and providing ongoing feedback to strengthen techniques, strategies, and client growth.
- Creating training and development plans that help team members grow and evolve with the business.
- Initiating, managing and executing multiple projects.

- Lead team meetings and interact with all levels of leadership/staff and recommend solutions across functional areas.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE/
- BS/BA in graphic design, fine arts, or related field plus 8-10 years relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing creative teams.
- Strong expertise in spatial/branded environments, graphic design and 2D design.
- Experience developing creative for CPG, Retail, and B2B brands and demonstrate an understanding of the experiential industry
- Highly creative with the willingness and desire to be hands-on with the projects.
- Experience working with C-Suite and senior level executives
- Strong storytelling skills, ability to pitch creative concepts to executive audiences.
- Commitment to creating work that resonates with a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in design programs (Adobe Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc), presentation programs (Keynote & PowerPoint). General understanding of Excel, Word, Google G Suite. Proficiency in Apple products is a requirement. Knowledge of web-based applications such as Squarespace and WordPress a plus.
